Stever joined us this morning from Middlebury College. He is gearing up for his own camp for college-aged athletes at Mt Hood later this week, so we really appreciate his time. Stever brought new agility games, keeping the camp on our toes... literally. 110% effort for a short amount of time, short break, and then right back at it. We ended with a two-ball speedball session, and another session went by like the blink of an eye.
Hike in to Bingham Falls this afternoon. The water is going to be awesome.
