Hike Up Mount Mansfield!

Up, Up, Up, and Away! SDSC took advantage of a beautiful day to charge up Mount Mansfield this afternoon. Standing over 4,000ft, Mansfield is the tallest mountain in Vermont and offered some incredible views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains. Our kids were determined to summit or at least make the ridge, and we all made it back safely. This is often the biggest challenge of the week for many of our campers, but we took it in stride.

Our youngest group Italy took a trip to the nordic trails behind Trapps Family lodge, and had quite the wildlife sightings. When the older groups returned to the Round Hearth, our Italians were just about ready to burst with excitement to share all their adventures!

Happy Trails Everyone!
