Afternoon Adventure - Waterbury State Park

This afternoon we traveled to the beach in Waterbury State Park for an afternoon of fun in the sun. Although the sun did not cooperate as we had hoped, that didn't stop us from having fun jumping in the pond, playing monkey-in-the-middle as well as an intense game of water speedball, a new sport inspired by the olympic water polo and adapted to SDSC's favorite game of speedball. While thunder halted our session early, we are hoping that the rain will hold of for tonight's camp-wide scavenger hunt!
